Taylor Tomlinson knows the comedy scene super well. Too well, if you ask her. She’s been through every single level of the comedy scene you can think of. Taylor’s hometown and Southern California roots definitely contributed to her rise to fame and performing across the nation.
In prep for her tour Have It All, she tells StyleCaster, “I was sort of pretending that I liked being on my own. And now I actually mean it, which makes it better. I also think it’s honest and vulnerable about the fact that, like, you do want both sides of life, you do want to be fulfilled in your career and you do want to be fulfilled in love and relationships.”
Since performing in various amount of places, including cruise lines and starring in two Netflix specials Quarter-Life Crisis (2020) and Look At You (2022), she’s garnered the respect from even the biggest comedy king’s on the scene. “Taylor’s secret weapons are her authenticity and her bravery,” talk-show icon Conan O’Brien told us. “She’s not afraid to share things openly from her childhood or her adult life. She walks up to that third rail and then masterfully veers into the absurd. The point is made and the comedy is not only intact, but it shines all the brighter.”
